Several properties at the secretariat were reportedly damaged during the attack. They included vehicles, windows, the security post, television sets and other items within the premises.
The secretariat’s watchman was also reportedly injured during the incident. He was said to have sustained injuries from stones allegedly thrown by protesters as well as shattered glass from the damaged windows.
