Nigerian Military Arrests Notorious Bandit ‘Sule Yellow’ After Collecting Kidnap Ransom

The Nigerian military has successfully arrested a notorious bandit identified as Sule Yellow, popularly known on TikTok as “suleyellow6,” following a targeted intelligence operation carried out on Sunday night.

Security sources revealed on viral video that the suspect was apprehended while returning from collecting ransom money paid for a kidnapped victim. His arrest came after security operatives tracked his movements and activities for some time.

Sule Yellow recently gained attention on social media after he was seen in a TikTok Live session earlier this month, where he allegedly appeared alongside other bandits and insurgents, openly displaying their activities.

Following his arrest, the TikTok account linked to him has been disabled by security authorities and is no longer accessible.

Despite projecting a bold and fearless image online, witnesses said Sule Yellow appeared visibly terrified when he was captured. Reports indicate that he was shaking and fidgeting, struggling to speak as troops took him into custody.

Security agencies say the arrest is part of ongoing operations aimed at dismantling kidnapping and banditry networks across the country, adding that investigations are continuing to identify and apprehend other members of the criminal group.
